SEO Specialist (Search & AI Visibility)

SEO, AEO & GEO

    We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who understands modern search visibility, including traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) .

    Search behavior is evolving rapidly. Users now find answers through:

    • Google search results
    • Featured snippets and answer boxes
    • AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overview

    This role requires someone who can optimize websites not only for search engines, but also for AI-driven discovery and answer engines.

    You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to increase organic visibility, AI citations, and search authority.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

    • Conduct technical SEO audits
    • Perform keyword research and search intent analysis
    • Optimize meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links
    • Improve website architecture and crawlability
    • Monitor Core Web Vitals and technical SEO performance
    • Build topic clusters and pillar content strategies
    • Implement structured data (schema markup)

    Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

    • Identify question-based search queries
    • Create FAQ and structured answer content
    • Optimize content for featured snippets and answer boxes
    • Structure pages using clear semantic headings
    • Implement FAQ schema and structured data
    • Optimize content for voice search and conversational queries

    Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

    • Optimize websites for AI search engines and generative search
    • Build entity authority and knowledge graph signals
    • Develop AI-friendly structured content
    • Monitor brand visibility in AI-generated answers
    • Create authoritative content sources that AI can cite
    • Optimize semantic keyword clusters and topical authority

    Local SEO

    • Optimize Google Business Profiles
    • Maintain NAP consistency across directories
    • Implement local landing pages
    • Manage local citations and review strategies

    Content & Authority Building

    • Collaborate with writers to create SEO-optimized content
    • Develop pillar pages and long-form guides
    • Support link building and digital PR campaigns
    • Identify opportunities for industry authority mentions

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business marketing, or equivalent
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in SEO
    • Strong understanding of technical SEO, On-page optimization, Keyword research, SEO tools, and analytics
    • Experience with: Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs / SEMrush / Screaming Frog
    • Basic understanding of: Schema markup, Knowledge graphs, AI platforms
    • Good command of English for communications between the team and external stakeholders
